Branden is the President of BB Living, the leading developer and operator of single-family “Build to Rent” communities, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.  

As a pioneer in the “Build to Rent” industry, BB Living built more than 1,000 rental homes in Phoenix before forming a national partnership with Toll Brothers and a leading private equity fund to expand the platform nationally in 2018. BB Living has established its presence in Phoenix, Denver, Boise, Dallas, Austin, Tampa and Southwest Florida, focusing on building rental communities in the top submarkets and masterplanned communities in each of these locations. With more than 3,000 homes leasing, under construction or development and a pipeline of an additional 3,000 homes, BB Living is positioned for long-term, stabilized growth in the asset class. 

Prior to BB Living, Branden began his career in the real estate industry working for Land Advisors Organization, focusing on master planned communities and large-scale development opportunities across the US. Branden was a principal with Aspire Real Estate Investments and the single-family housing REIT Beazer Pre-Owned Homes.  

Branden founded the non-profit organization The Branden Lombardi Foundation at age 18, which focuses on the Arizona cancer community. He resides in Tempe, Arizona with his wife Andrea, daughter Sophia and son Gordon.
