Peter Sibilia

- Mr. Sibilia is a Managing Director at Rithm Capital focusing on direct real estate including Adoor Properties, a Rithm subsidiary focusing on rental housing strategies.
- Prior to Rithm, Mr. Sibilia was Partner at GreenBarn Investment Group with primarily responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of the investment/asset management teams, and finance functions.
- Previously, Mr. Sibilia spent 14 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management – Real Estate Americas (“J.P. Morgan”), most recently as Managing Director and co-head of the Northeast region leading acquisitions activity for all clients and funds. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Peter was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across risk profiles and product types from the New York City region to Boston.
- He holds a B.S. in Finance from Seton Hall University and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute with membership on the national Urban Development Mixed-Use Council (Red Flight).
