Eric Hoffman is a Senior Vice President, Development with Brookfield Residential, leading the Build-to-Rent business. Brookfield Residential has prioritized its initial pipeline of Build-to-Rent projects within its existing master planned communities, driving an optimized product strategy nationwide while benefitting from the entitlement, development and construction resources of its local Land & Housing and Commercial teams. Eric has over twenty-five years of experience in real estate acquisition, finance and development with prior positions at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Pulte Group and KB Home.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, and juris doctorate from the University of Southern California.
