Nathan Lamb, CFA is a Senior Director overseeing investments for Greystar’s Build for Rent (“BFR”) platform. Previously, he led asset management for owned investment assets across Colorado, Illinois, and Minnesota, spanning conventional multifamily and student housing sectors. His experience also includes supporting the integration of Greystar’s take-private of the EdR student housing REIT, as well as acquisitions and asset management across multiple Western U.S. markets. Nathan joined Greystar in 2018. 

Prior to Greystar, Nathan worked at PIMCO, partnering with financial advisors and high-net-worth individuals to evaluate portfolio performance and assess risk profiles relative to PIMCO investment solutions. 

Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB).
