Andrew Barbakoff joined PCCP in November 2017. Mr. Barbakoff leads the firm’s BFR investments nationally. PCCP started it BTR platform in 2019, having deployed over $700 million in equity since its inception. The platform includes close to 5,000 units either on the ground or under construction. PCCP operates a number of its assets under the “Skymor Living” brand name. Mr. Barbakoff holds a B.A. from Northwestern University.
