Bob Mirman, CEO & Founder of Eliant, is recognized as the building industry’s customer experience expert and one of its highest-rated speakers. 

Following his initial career as a Clinical Psychologist, Bob left clinical practice to spend 7-years at General Mills as National Director of Performance Systems, with an emphasis on motivational programs for the 1,000-person sales force. He left General Mills in 1984 to start Eliant. 

Eliant has provided customer experience monitoring, training, and consulting for over 1,800 homebuilders and major mortgage & escrow firms across the U.S., Canada, and Middle East. 

In addition to authoring over 160 articles for BUILDER, BIG Builder, Professional Builder, and Builder & Developer magazines, Bob’s first book “From Contract to Close” (co-authored with Jeff Shore, 2022) became an instant industry classic, as has his second book “Homebuyers Talk” (published in 2024).
