Lisa overseeing Greystar’s rapidly expanding third-party Single-Family Rental | Build-to-Rent platform. Since inception in 2021, Lisa has led the development and implementation of best practices for the sector, supporting operational leaders and clients with strategic guidance.  Under her leadership, Greystar’s BTR portfolio has grown to over 40,500 homes across 22 states.  

Prior to taking over the SFR|BTR sector, Lisa directed business development and client services for the Southeast portfolio encompassing approximately $13.5B in five states. With more than 20 years of experience in property management and business development, she brings deep expertise in portfolio operations, strategic asset positioning and client engagement. She holds the CPM® through Institute  of Real Estate Management and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through NAA.  

Highly active in the multifamily industry and frequently speaks on industry panels.
