Rick Firmine is a Partner with Argosy Real Estate Partners (AREP), a manager of opportunistic, value-add and core-plus real estate private equity funds. He manages new acquisitions, asset management and sources new joint-venture partner relationships primarily in the western half of the US. Additionally, Rick oversees AREP’s effort in Opportunity Zone and Build-to-Rent investment programs, the firms latest investment strategies.
