Sudha Reddy has over 26 years of experience in real estate and general finance, ranging from investment banking to principal-level real estate ownership and management. As the founder of Haven​ Realty Capital​, Sudha oversees all aspects of the firm’s investments and operations. 

Since founding Haven in 2010, Sudha has led its growth from a local SFR operator into a national real estate investment firm. The firm focuses on the US residential sector, with investments across single-family rental, multifamily, and manufactured housing including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions such as JP Morgan Asset Management, Apollo Global Management, Carlyle, Walton Street Capital, and CenterSquare Investment Management. Haven currently manages over $1 billion in housing assets across various phases of development, construction, leasing, and long-term ownership. 

Sudha began his career as an Equity Research Associate at CIBC World Markets before moving to Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. There, he worked on a team managing over $9 billion for high-net-worth families, foundations, and institutions. 

Sudha holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC, a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the S​chool of Policy​, Planning and Development at USC, and a BA in Psychology from Yale University.
